Scott Harshbarger

Scott Harshbarger, Esq. is Senior Counsel at Casner & Edwards, LLP with a specialization in business ethics, corporate investigations, compliance, and government regulation. Prior to this, Scott served as Senior Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP, Chief Executive Officer at Common Cause, and Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Scott is also a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School.
