Kate Sammis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and data governance. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CASO Document Management since December 2020, Kate previously held prominent roles at The Madison Square Garden Company, where responsibilities included driving data governance for approximately 2,500 employees as a Senior Analyst in People Operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Compensation/HRIS Analyst at DealerTrack, where Kate collaborated on sales compensation plans, and as an HRMS/Compensation Administrator at Barnes & Noble, where Kate designed and presented employee analysis to upper-level management and ensured data integrity in the HRIS system. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Hofstra University.
