Madlen Schultheiss

Madlen Schultheiss has 11 years of work experience. Madlen began their career at Medinos Kliniken des Landkreises Sonneberg GmbH / Regiomed Kliniken in 2008 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Madlen then moved to Meoclinic GmbH in 2008 as a Specialist Patient Management and in 2011 as a Director of Patient Management. In 2011, they took on a role as a Medical Practice Manager (doctor's surgery) at Reproduktionsmedizin im Lützow Center. In 2012, they joined InterMune as a Jr. Controller and Executive Assistant to GM / Finance & Administration. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at GoEuro as a Financial Controller and at Roche as a Controller. Since 2018, they have been at medneo GmbH as an HR Operations Manager and Controller. Most recently, they started at Caspar Health in 2021 as a People Operations Specialist / Business Partner Caspar Clinic and a People Operations Specialist.

Madlen Schultheiss obtained a Health Care Management Assistant (IHK) from Medinos Kliniken des Landkreises Sonneberg GmbH / SBBS Wirtschaft & Verwaltung Weimar between 2005 and 2008. Madlen then went on to receive a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from DIPLOMA Hochschule Nordhessen between 2009 and 2013.
