Max Michels has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Max began their career as the Chief Operations Officer at Michels Kliniken in 2010. In 2011, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Michels Hotels GmbH. From 2012-2014, they served as the Managing Director at Brandenburgklinik Bernau-Waldsiedlung and Michels Pflege. In 2016, they became the CEO & CO-Founder of Caspar-Health. Finally, they are currently the Managing Director at Sachsenklinik GmbH.
Max Michels attended the University of Bayreuth from 2003 to 2008, studying Gesundheitsökonomie.
