Gaea Rich

Gaea Rich is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in fashion and textiles. Currently serving as Concept and Licensing at Caspari Inc since April 2016, Gaea is responsible for artwork licensing and collaboration with design teams to produce seasonal collections of home goods. As the owner and designer of a small textile studio, Gaea focuses on creating soft goods inspired by cultural travels and design influences. Previous roles at Ralph Lauren spanned from Associate Designer to Senior Designer for women's knitwear, where Gaea led design efforts and collaborated closely with merchandising teams. Earlier career experiences include positions at Spring + Mercer and Liz Claiborne, contributing to design execution and development across various knitwear collections. Gaea Rich holds a BFA in Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and graduated as salutatorian from Salem High School, having earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
