Sylwia W. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sylwia currently works as a Technology & Product Operations Manager at Casper Labs, where they focus on powering blockchain for enterprises. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance trainer, specializing in leadership, soft skills, and personal development coaching. Sylwia also served as a mentor at Dare IT, guiding women in their careers in the IT industry. Sylwia co-founded and served as CEO of Senseide, a company supporting and guiding entrepreneurs in developing their digital business. Additionally, they have held roles in organizations such as Limango Polska, nomtek, Datarino.financial, Datarino, Way Funky Company, and Stowarzyszenie Miasta w Internecie, where they excelled in project and product management, HR, and training. Sylwia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles, consistently delivering valuable results.

Sylwia W. began their education at the University of Wroclaw in 2001 and completed their studies in 2006, earning a Master of Sociology degree with a focus on Social Communication and Market Analysis. In 2007, they pursued postgraduate studies in Project Management at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu, which they completed in 2008. The following year, Sylwia attended postgraduate studies at Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera, specializing in Digital Marketing from 2010 to 2011. Sylwia then pursued postgraduate studies in Executive Leadership Studies (ELS) with elements of Coaching at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu, which they completed in 2012. Sylwia further advanced their knowledge in HR Management by attending a postrgraduate course at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2012.

In 2019, Sylwia attended two short-term courses. Sylwia completed a postgraduate course in Trainer of Business at Grupa SET and a Coaching Masterclass at Szkoła Coachów Meritum (ACTP ICF).

Furthermore, Sylwia obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they acquired the Professional SCRUM Product Owner (PSPO) certification from Scrum.org. Sylwia earned the ITIL Foundation v.3 certification from APMG International in 2011. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Fundamentals certification from IBM and the CAPM PMI certification from PMI Poland Chapter Wroclaw Branch in 2011 and 2013, respectively. Lastly, Sylwia acquired the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG International in 2013.
