Derek Gibbs

Derek Gibbs currently serves as Advisor and COO at Casper Studios since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Manager at Strategy& from January 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities involved leading engagements for profitable growth and developing go-to-market strategies for major brands. Prior to that, Derek held the position of Senior Associate at both Strategy& and PwC, focusing on value creation for private equity and global firms, and developing business cases for significant technology investments respectively. Derek began professional career as a Sales Operations Analyst at SAP and briefly worked as a User Experience Designer at Walmart. Derek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Marketing & Operations from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
