Paul Pimentel-Beckner

Paul Pimentel-Beckner is an experienced retail management professional with a strong background in enhancing store performance and talent acquisition. Since November 2019, Paul has served as an Associate Store Manager at Casper, leading a $2M store team to exceed sales targets and drive continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Paul worked at CVS Health as an Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations of a $3M pharmacy location and leading a team of 20 employees. Earlier experience includes positions at Target as a Food Service Team Leader and Salesfloor Team Leader, focusing on operational efficiency and team management.
