Leonard Ghazarian started their work experience in 1994 at Countrywide Home Loans, where they held roles as a Software Engineer and later as an Operations Assistant Manager. In 2005, they founded Caspian Services, Inc., where they currently serve as the President. At Caspian Services, their main focus is on helping companies achieve their business goals through web development, graphic design, and printing services.
Leonard Ghazarian obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS) from California State University, Northridge. Leonard attended the university from 1995 to 2001.

Caspian Services, Inc. provides a range of oilfield services in Kazakhstan and the Caspian Sea region. The Company operates through three segments: Vessel Operations, Geophysical Services and Marine Base Services. Its Vessel operations segment consists of chartering a fleet of shallow draft offshore support vessels to customers performing oil and gas exploration activities in the Caspian Sea. Its Geophysical services segment consists of providing seismic data acquisition services to oil and gas companies operating onshore in Kazakhstan. Its Marine base services segment consists of operating a marine base with boat repair and drydocking services yard located at the Port of Bautino on the North Caspian Sea. Through Caspian Services Group LLP, it manages the vessel operations business provided by its vessel fleet. Through Tat-Arka LLP, the Company manages its geophysical services operations. Through Balykshi LLP, it oversees the operations of the marine base.
