Brett Duffy

Brett Duffy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brett is currently the Director of Engineering at CASPR Technologies, where they oversee all engineering, product development, and sub-manufacturer management. Prior to this, Brett served as the Managing Broker at RE/MAX Metro Atlanta, Inc., where they mentored and supported real estate agents in growing their business. Brett also founded and led Business Improvement Coaching, a performance coaching and business consulting firm. Brett's background includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Qualifying Broker at Holt McGuire Real Estate, Director of Sales at Unishippers of Atlanta and Birmingham, and Senior Manager of National Brokerage Operations at Owners.com. Brett has extensive experience in managing brokerage operations, sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Brett's earlier roles include positions as a Managing Broker and Head Coach at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where they were involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, and as President and CEO of Radical Agency, an advertising agency focused on providing creative marketing solutions. Prior to their career in real estate and advertising, Brett worked as an Administrator at Blackstock Montessori School and gained experience as an Intern, Street Team, and Roadie at 99X - WNNX - Cumulus.

Brett Duffy holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management from Kettering University, which they obtained between the years 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, from 1991 to 1996. Brett completed their high school education at Marist Catholic High School, receiving a high school diploma between 1985 and 1991. In addition to their degrees, Brett has obtained several certifications, including being a Red Book Contracts Specialist from Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco (WNCW) in 2015, obtaining a Georgia Broker's License from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in 2007, and becoming an Engineer In Training accredited by the Georgia Secretary of State in 2002.
