Melody Folsom

Melody Folsom serves as the Cass County Public Administrator since January 2009, managing guardianship and conservatorship for over 100 individuals in need of care. Previous experience includes roles as Technology Senior Project Manager at Assurant Employee Benefits from 2004 to 2006, and Enterprise Project Manager at Zurich Financial Services from 1993 to 2002. Melody began a career in technology as a Programmer Analyst at American Century Investments from 1990 to 1994. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Avila University, attained between 1988 and 2001, and an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Longview Community College, completed from 1985 to 1989.
