Debbie Blandford

Debbie Blandford, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives at Cass Information Systems since July 2022, following roles as Manager of HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives and Strategic HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Debbie co-founded Blandford Consulting Services, LLC, providing comprehensive HR consulting services from April 2019 to December 2022. Experience includes a position as Senior Director of Human Resources at Paraquad and various managerial roles at Cass Information Systems focused on corporate human resources and talent acquisition. Additional roles include Senior Recruiter at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and Senior Manager of Employment & Employee Relations at Washington University in St. Louis. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources/Psychology from Webster University.
