Alberto Calvi

Alberto Calvi, PhD, has extensive experience in IT security, currently serving in the IT Security Governance role at Gruppo Cassa Centrale since April 2022, focusing on standards and certifications. Prior to this, Alberto worked at Banco BPM from March 2016 to April 2022 as a Cyber Security Specialist and Project Manager, where responsibilities included security operations, threat hunting, incident management, and project management, as well as roles within the IT Security Architectures' Office involving vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Alberto's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Verona, where research contributions included work on model-based security testing and participation in significant European projects such as FP7 SPaCIoS and FP7 AVANTSSAR, which focused on improving security validation technologies for service-oriented architectures.
