Gema Baguena

Gema Baguena has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gema began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Manager from 1996 to 2005. Gema then joined AXA, where they held various roles such as Spain Management of IT Strategic Projects, Spain IT Strategic Planning and Pilot Integrator Winterthur Merger, MedLA IT Strategic Planning, Architecture and Support Services Director, Chief Information Officer at AXA Italy, and Head of Global Digital Transformation at AXA Tech. After their time at AXA, Gema moved on to UniCredit, where they served as the Chief Transformation Officer at UniCredit Services, Group IT Governance, and Group Digital Governance. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at Allitude, a position they assumed in 2023.

Gema Baguena's education history includes several notable programs and degrees. In 1996, they completed their degree in Aeronáutica, earning an Ingeniero Superior from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In 2013, they participated in the AXA Fine Programme at IMD, focusing on Finance for non Finance Executives. In 2014, they attended AXA University, supported by IMD Business School, and obtained a degree in AXA Digital Leaders. In 2016, Gema Baguena completed the Leading Change and Organizational Renewal Executive Program at Stanford University. Lastly, they recently finished the Proficiency in Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Regulation program at INSEAD in 2021.
