Mauro Tramacere's work experience includes:

- ICT Governance - Head of Technology Architecture Strategy at Gruppo Cassa Centrale from June 2019 to July 2020.

- IT Infrastructure Manager at Phoenix Informatica Bancaria SpA from November 2005 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for mentoring colleagues, designing new service architectures, leading business critical projects, developing budgets, managing suppliers, and leading various important projects such as implementing a large virtual desktop farm, designing and implementing infrastructure for internet banking, creating a disaster recovery plan, and achieving PCI-DSS certification. Mauro also took ownership of defining strategies and negotiating software and hardware acquisitions from various vendors.

From 1991 to 1996, Mauro attended ITC Cezzi De Castro Maglie, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Computer Science and became an accountant programmer.

From 1997 to 2005, Mauro studied at Università del Salento, earning a degree in Information Technology Engineering.
