Rossana Recchia

Rossana Recchia has a strong background in risk management and auditing. Rossana is currently the Head of Audit Risk Review at Gruppo Cassa Centrale, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Rossana was a Senior Manager at PwC Italy from May 2019 to January 2021. Rossana also served as a Manager at Deloitte from September 2016 to April 2019, where they enhanced credit risk processes and analyzed regulatory frameworks. Before joining Deloitte, Rossana worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG from April 2015 to April 2016, focusing on collateral management and credit risk analysis for corporate and retail counterparties. Rossana began their career as a Consultant at Deloitte Italia in May 2011, and prior to that, they interned as a Credit Risk Audit Intern at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena from July 2010 to March 2011. Overall, Rossana Recchia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of risk management and auditing.

Rossana Recchia completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Banking from Università degli studi di Siena - Facoltà di Economia "Richard M. Goodwin" between 2003 and 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Financial Institutions from the same institution between 2007 and 2010. In November 2022, Rossana obtained a certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
