Chelsea Miller's work experience includes several roles at Cassaday & Company, Inc. Chelsea started as a Client Service Associate in 2012 and then became a Client Services Manager from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they developed new workflows to streamline task coordination and reduced non-essential task assignments. Chelsea then took on the position of Onboarding Manager from 2017 to 2020, where they redesigned the new client onboarding process, increased efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Lastly, Chelsea served as the Director of Onboarding Strategies since 2020, overseeing new client transitions, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to their time at Cassaday & Company, Inc., they also worked as a Research Associate at George Mason University from 2013 to 2015.

Chelsea Miller, FPQP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Integrative Studies with a minor in Psychology and a minor in Childhood Studies from George Mason University in the years 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended West Springfield High School from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Chelsea received the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation from the College for Financial Planning in March 2017. Chelsea also earned the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines Certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in October 2022. Additionally, Chelsea became a Notary Public in Fairfax, Virginia in October 2013.
