Jennifer Wasylyk

is a partner in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Jennifer acts on behalf of both borrowers and lenders in a variety of domestic and international corporate finance transactions. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured transactions, syndicated facilities, project finance facilities, asset-based lending transactions, syndicated loans and complex intercreditor arrangements. Jennifer has extensive natural resources, energy and regulatory experience and regularly works with both lenders and resource companies in the mining sector. She has worked at the Ontario Energy Board, Canada Energy Regulator (formerly the National Energy Board) and Alberta Energy Regulator. Jennifer also previously worked as an engineer at an isooctane production facility in Alberta.
