Ehren V. Bilshausen

Ehren V. Bilshausen is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, a member of the Executive Committee and chair of the Products Liability practice. Ehren represents hospitality and restaurant owners in general liability claims and dram shop actions. Ehren represents owners, developers, general contractors, specialty trade subcontractors, architects and engineers in all aspects of construction litigation, including all aspects of catastrophic injury, property damage and construction defect.

Ehren also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and products liability, including complex matters involving breach of contract, the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practice Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Illinois Forcible Entry and Detainer Act. In the products liability field, Ehren represents manufacturers and distributors of a variety of products, including electronic nicotine delivery systems, material handling equipment and after-market automobile wheels.
