Jeffrey A. Hesser

Jeffrey A. Hesser is a partner in the firm's Chicago office. Jeff concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, as well as professional and medical liability. He has extensive trial experience, and serves as lead counsel on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, breach of contract, declaratory judgments, injunctions, consumer fraud and deceptive business practices, tortious interference and replevin actions. Jeff represents individuals and various organizations in professional liability matters as well as providing counsel to both regional and national businesses. He works with attorneys, business owners and investment groups on a wide-range of legal malpractice litigation.
