Matthew H. Weller

Matthew Weller is a partner in the firm's Chicago office and chair of the firm's Civil Rights and Correctional Healthcare practice. He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee.

Matthew focuses his practice on civil rights litigation and correctional healthcare defense, medical liability, including hospital, dental and nursing home/long-term care, as well as construction litigation, product liability, transportation, and employers' liability. He has litigated numerous cases through trial, and has experience and success negotiating settlements for his clients in pretrial, mediation and arbitration settings.
