Tami J. Reding-Brubaker

Tami J. Reding-Brubaker is a partner in the firm's Libertyville and Chicago offices and co-chair of the Employment Law group. She focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law, and represents employers before U.S. state and federal courts and administrative agencies, defending against claims of race, sex, disability and age discrimination, restrictive covenant disputes, and wrongful termination. She frequently counsels clients in all of these areas, drafts and negotiates employment and severance agreements, conducts on-site workplace investigations and speaks to employer groups on various workplace issues.
