Leo Theisen is an experienced professional with a strong background in AI strategy and business development. Currently serving in AI Strategy at Cassidy since July 2025, Leo also holds the position of GTM Advisor & Investor at Better & Better since May 2024. Previously, Leo worked at Forian Inc. as Principal in Real-World Data & Analytics from August 2024 to July 2025, and at Genesis Research Group as Global Business Development & Client Strategy from September 2022 to August 2024. Leo's early career includes a role in Real-World Data & Analytics at Komodo Health from January 2021 to September 2022. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
