Lilly Gallafent

Lilly Gallafent has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Lilly started their career in 2001 as a Director at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, where they worked until 2008. During their time at Candy & Candy from 2008 to 2009, they held the position of Head of Private Commissions for the One Hyde Park development, where they oversaw interior design and project management services. Lilly then served as Development Manager for the redevelopment of Chelsea Barracks from 2008 to 2009. Gallafent joined EC Harris in 2011 and worked as an Associate until 2013, before being promoted to Partner until 2015. Lilly then worked as a Partner at Arcadis from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Gallafent is the Owner and Chief Operations Officer at Cast - A Real Estate & Construction Consultancy since January 2020. Prior to their current position, they also served as Director at Cast from 2016 to 2020.

Lilly Gallafent pursued their education at the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2001, where they achieved a 2:1 (BA Hons) degree in Ancient & Modern History. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Reading and obtained an MSc degree in Construction Cost Management.
