I respect all of my colleagues. However the qualities that I look for is empathy, as life happens. Reliability as working in a team everyone at some point must lean on another. Loyalty to not jump ship or talk negatively behind one’s back. Ownership if you make a mistake own it, learn from it most importantly. Lastly we work in an organization that is in a dynamic world, you must be ready to adapt to new situations.
