Anika Zubair

Anika Zubair is a seasoned professional in Customer Success and leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Griffin. Anika founded The Customer Success Pro, a coaching consultancy, and is a founding member of CS Angel, a syndicate of Customer Success experts supporting startups. Anika is also a Product Advisory Board Member at Cast.app and hosts the Customer Success Channel Podcast for Planhat. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success at both Karbon and inSided, and Director of Global Customer Success at ZAP. Anika's early career includes significant contributions at vzaar limited and Vend, achieving notable success in customer retention and product adoption. Anika holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from UC Irvine, a Master's degree in International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin, and has completed a semester abroad at the University of Cambridge.
