Annika Small Obe

Annika Small OBE is an experienced leader and advocate for social change, currently serving as Chair of the employee-owned social enterprise Outcomes Star, which produces person-centred tools for practitioners in various sectors, and as a Non Executive Director at Here (Care Unbound Ltd) and The John Ellerman Foundation. Annika is also a co-founder of CAST Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology, focused on enhancing the social sector's technological capabilities. Previous roles include interim Chairperson at the University of Chichester and Non Executive Director positions at Wey Education Plc and Lightful, alongside significant contributions to Access Foundation and Founders4Schools. Annika holds a degree in Economics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
