David Scurr

David Scurr currently serves as the Programme and Partnerships Lead at CAST Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology, facilitating the use of digital tools for social impact organizations since August 2020. Prior to this role, Scurr was the Partnerships & Projects Manager at Citizens Online, where key responsibilities included leading the Digital Brighton & Hove partnership and developing programs focused on digital inclusion. Experience also includes roles such as Conference Manager at the European Social Network, managing the European Social Services Conference, and Head of Development at Euclid Network, focusing on civil society leadership and social entrepreneurship. Earlier positions comprised operations management at ESN and digital communications strategy development for Cinecity, alongside communication assistance at Concordia International Volunteers. David Scurr holds a first-class honors B.A. in International Relations with Spanish, a BTech in Creative Media Production, and a PG Cert in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation Management.
