Derrick Ballard

Derrick Ballard, MBA, is a financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Controller at CAST since October 2022, Derrick previously held positions at W. R. Berkley Corporation as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant from November 2017 to October 2022. Prior experience includes a Staff Accountant role at Climatec, LLC from September 2014 to October 2017, and an Accountant position at Rave Decor Group in August 2014. Derrick holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2014. Derrick also attended Mesa Community College from 2009 to 2011.
