He brings 20+ years of success in developing, selling and marketing enterprise software to CIOs and LOB leaders in multiple countries. He is known for strong execution, putting products on the map, and passion for clear, simple and differentiated storytelling.
Rado joined CAST from IBM, where he run Marketing and Product Management for the Talent & Collaboration businesses. Before that, he was instrumental in making WebSphere the #1 application server, driving Linux to become the de-facto standard for IT, reshaping relationships with major ISVs, growing IBM Software in EMEA, attracting clients from Oracle, building and executing award-winning marketing programs.
