Federico Ubertis is an experienced employment lawyer currently serving as a consultant at CastaldiPartners since November 2022 and as an ADAPT Professional Fellow at ADAPTLAND since February 2018. Previously, Federico held the position of Senior Associate Lawyer at de Berardinis Mozzi from September 2018 to October 2022, where there was responsibility for the Milan office. Prior to that, Federico worked as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Studio legale Daverio & Florio from 2007 until July 2018. Educational background includes a Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2002-2007) and advanced training in labor law at the Scuola di alta formazione in diritto del lavoro, sindacale e della previdenza sociale (2013-2014), along with secondary education from Liceo Classico Manzoni di Milano (1997-2002).

Over 1300 businesses of different origin, activity and size have lent us their trust and allowed us to help add value to their organisation and protect their interests. CastaldiPartners would not have been able to develop and consolidate its market position for so many years without shared ethical and professional values and our emphasis on certainty and transparency in our dealings with our clients.
