Ma'Raj Sheikh

Ma'raj Sheikh is the Founder of Sheikh Consulting, focusing on projects advancing food systems transformation. As a Castanea Fellow at Castanea Fellowship, Ma'raj works towards creating a more equitable, sustainable, and healthy food system for all. With experience as the Grassroots Director at National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition and various other roles, Ma'raj brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in areas such as certification processes, community engagement, and sustainable agriculture. Ma'raj holds a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from Wright Graduate University.
