Gene Wuu

Gene Wuu is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Castbox since January 2019, Gene has also held the position of CEO at Yuantel Communications since 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management at BORQS from 2009 to 2014 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at UTStarcom from 2003 to 2009, where responsibilities included General Manager and Vice President roles. Gene's career began at Telcorida, where roles spanned from Director for over 15 years. Gene holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, obtained between 1980 and 1985.
