Izzy Cao

Izzy Cao has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. In 2017, they were a Director at Suzhou Radio and Television General Station. In 2018, they were a Journalist at China Business Network (CBN). In 2020, they were an Intern at MODERN SKY ENTERTAINMENT (UK) LIMITED, a Communication & Business Development Assistant at Luxurynsight, and a Chair Consultant Member at L'Oréal. Izzy is currently a Senior Planner at Modernsky Entertainment CO.,LTD and a Business Development Manager at Castbox. At Modernsky Entertainment CO.,LTD, they are responsible for researching local and overseas markets, defining effective marketing targets, and initiating marketing campaigns. At Luxurynsight, they were responsible for initiating the China communication plan, assisting in dedicated and ad hoc projects, and producing content in both Chinese and English. At L'Oréal, they worked on the Gender Equality Topic and developed a three-step program involving VR experience, financial empowerment workshop, and professional psychological consultation for victims.

Izzy Cao completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Nanjing University between 2015 and 2019. In 2017 and 2018, they attended National Chung Cheng University and obtained an Ex in Mass Communication/Media Studies. From 2019 to 2021, they completed a Master in Management - Grande École in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ESSEC Business School. Additionally, they hold a Shanghai Interpretation Accreditation - Advanced from Shanghai International Studies University.
