Andy Beare

Andy Beare has extensive experience in operations management within the logistics sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at Castell Howell Foods Ltd since June 2005. In this role, Andy oversees the night operations and manages a team of over 100 staff, coordinating distribution across South and West Wales. Prior experience includes serving as Shift Operations Manager at Brakes UK from October 1994 to June 2005, where responsibilities involved leading a large team for stock picking across the UK and Wales. Andy began the career as an HGV driver and progressed through various roles, including transport and warehouse team leader, gaining valuable skills in logistics and management.
