Natalie Rolfe Brown has a strong background in healthcare and nursing. Natalie started their career in 2011 as the Director of Nursing at Curo Home Health and Hospice, where they managed the Salt Lake Branch, trained and developed staff, and ensured excellent patient care. Natalie then joined Horizon Home Health and Hospice in 2013 as the Director of Nursing, responsible for growing the North branch and Salt Lake Branch, focusing on patient care, process development, marketing, hiring, training, and billing.
