Natalie Rolfe Brown

Natalie Rolfe Brown has a strong background in healthcare and nursing. Natalie started their career in 2011 as the Director of Nursing at Curo Home Health and Hospice, where they managed the Salt Lake Branch, trained and developed staff, and ensured excellent patient care. Natalie then joined Horizon Home Health and Hospice in 2013 as the Director of Nursing, responsible for growing the North branch and Salt Lake Branch, focusing on patient care, process development, marketing, hiring, training, and billing. Natalie worked at Intermountain Healthcare from 2006 to 2019 as a Cardiac Nurse, specializing in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, vascular patients, acute coronary syndrome, hypertension, and respiratory care. Natalie also cared for breast flap patients post-op. Natalie then transitioned to Signature Healthcare at Home in 2019 as a Clinical Liaison, building community relationships and ensuring positive patient outcomes. Most recently, Natalie joined A Plus Healthcare at Home in 2020 as a Clinical Liaison, strengthening relationships with community partners and providing excellent home care with great outcomes. In 2022, Natalie began working at Castell as the Population Health Network Manager.

Natalie Rolfe Brown has a diverse education history. Natalie began their academic journey in 1994 at the University of Utah, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication. This program lasted for two years, and they completed their degree in 1996.
