Rachel Kropelnicki (Bischoff) has a diverse work experience history. Rachel started their career as a Nanny in 2014, caring for four children while also maintaining a 4.0 GPA and other responsibilities in student government. From 2017 to 2018, Rachel worked as a Distribution Supervisor at Deseret Book, where they supervised and trained 10 employees in various skills, including customer service and organization. In 2018, they transitioned to Registered Physical Therapists, where they worked as a Receptionist and Exercise Specialist, excelling in scheduling patients and achieving high rescheduling rates. Rachel then joined Intermountain Healthcare in 2019, initially working as a Medical Assistant, assisting providers in patient care and diagnostic testing. Later on, they also served as a Human Resources Intern at Intermountain Healthcare from November 2021 to February 2022. Currently, Rachel is employed by Castell, starting in March 2022 as a Care Coordinator, focusing on preventive care and helping patients gain access to primary care physicians while reducing repeat care costs.
