Tyler Hargraves, MHA

Tyler Hargraves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tyler is currently employed at Castell as the Network Operations Director - Population Health, a role they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SelectHealth as the Medical Home Operations Supervisor from April 2020 to October 2021, and as the Medical Home Project Coordinator from May 2019 to April 2020. Before joining SelectHealth, Tyler was employed at Intermountain Healthcare as an HR Solutions Center Specialist from January 2019 to May 2019, and as an HR Solutions Center Associate from June 2018 to January 2019. Tyler also has coaching experience as a Football/Track Coach at Sky View High School from August 2015 to November 2017, and as a Physical Therapy Aide at Berryhill Physical Therapy from August 2016 to February 2017. In addition, Tyler worked as an On-Call Maintenance Laborer at Utah State University from November 2014 to April 2016, where they responded to after-hours and emergency calls for on-campus housing emergencies, demonstrating their effective communication and problem-solving skills. Finally, they have experience as a Tile Installer at Artistic Design from June 2007 to June 2014, where they were responsible for job site preparation, customer service, employee supervision, and project implementation. Tyler Hargraves, MHA, obtained a Master's degree in Health Administration from Weber State University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate education at Utah State University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Human Resource Management.
