Alfonso Brunet

Alfonso Brunet has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Currently, they serve as a Member of the Executive Committee at AECC - Asociación Española de Centros y Parques Comerciales since May 2021 and as Treasurer at Asociación de Propietarios de Espacios Comerciales - APRESCO since December 2021. Prior to these roles, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Castellana Properties starting from October 2017. Alfonso also held the position of Vocal Comision Ejecutiva at ASOCIMI from January 2020. Before that, they worked at Pradera as the Head of Country from May 2015 to June 2017 and as the Head of Investment Spain from June 2006 to May 2015. Alfonso'scareer in the industry began at CBRE in 1998 as a member of the Industrial Department and later as a Director until 2006. Overall, Alfonso Brunet has been involved in various leadership and executive roles throughout their professional journey in the commercial real estate sector.

Alfonso Brunet attended Boston University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During this time, they studied at the Questrom School of Business within Boston University and focused on Finance and Investment Management.
