James also served as a licensed real estate agent at Summit Commercial Properties from 2008 to 2013, facilitating communication between buyers and sellers while curating a diverse property portfolio. Earlier career experience includes a role as General Manager at Minda Supply Co. from 1993 to 2004, overseeing a significant wholesale operation and enhancing operational efficiency. James holds an Applied Science degree in Business from Suffolk Community College in New York.
