Mark Carroll

Mark Carroll is an experienced IT professional and real estate agent with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an Enterprise Monitoring Engineer at Greenberg Traurig, LLP since August 2016, Mark specializes in designing, maintaining, and operating monitoring systems for IT infrastructure components. Additionally, Mark has been a Realtor with Castelli Real Estate Services since April 2016. Prior to these roles, Mark worked as a Systems Support Engineer at Forthright Technology Partners, providing third-level support for Citrix, VMware, and Windows systems, and spent 30 years as an IT Engineer at Southern Company. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earned from 1984 to 1989, and attended Samford University from 1983 to 1984.
