Rachel McDonough is a seasoned Realtor at Castelli Real Estate Services, with experience in property development and design at EZ Devo, LLC. Prior to these roles, Rachel spent over 14 years at BBC International LLC, holding various positions including Senior Design Director, where leadership of creative teams resulted in successful product lines for major retail brands. Rachel's design expertise extended to launching an Accessories Division, along with development projects in children's footwear. Initial experience includes internships at Reflex Design and IDY Creative, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Art Institutes and a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Agnes Scott College.
