Aida Olaya has a range of experience in project management and traffic management roles. Aida started their career as a Traffic Manager at alPunto Advertising in 2004 and worked there until 2009. Aida then joined Castells & Asociados as a Traffic Manager/Production from 2009 to 2011, before transitioning to the role of Creative Services Manager from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, they moved to The Axis Agency as a Senior Project Manager until 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Project Management at Castells & Asociados.
