Marielise Nascimento-Colavin has extensive experience in media planning and buying. Marielise started their career at Enlace Communications in 1998 as a Media Supervisor, where they supervised media planning and buying processes for clients. In 2003, they joined Castells & Asociados as an Associate Media Director, fostering relationships with media vendors and delivering breakthrough opportunities to agency clients. Marielise then progressed to the role of Group Media Director, developing media strategies for clients such as Toyota and McDonald's. Currently, they hold the position of VP and Director of Media and Integrated Services at Castells & Asociados, leading the strategic development of media planning and buying and ensuring synergy with the total market strategy as a Multicultural Media Expert.
Marielise Nascimento-Colavin completed a Certificate Program in Advertising at UCLA in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they pursued an Advanced Program in Retail Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 1992-1993. In 1990-1991, they obtained a Post Graduation in Marketing from FAE Centro Universitário. Marielise's undergraduate education was at Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Communications with a major in Advertising from 1985-1988.
