At INFUSION by castells, Rod served as VP Chief Creative, where they worked closely with Spectrum clients to bring innovative ideas and establish the company's multicultural telecom footprint as leaders in the industry. As Group Creative Director, they stabilized the agency's business, opened up new opportunities for the African-American and international segments, and led out-of-the-box thinking.

Prior to that, Rod worked at IBM Creative Design Services, Digital Services Group as a Team Lead Visual Designer. Rod collaborated with a global team to advance web and mobile design for various IBM services and maintained the company's standards throughout the creative process.

Rod also worked as a Creative Director/Design Director at MZ Berger, Lantis Eyewear, BBC International, Kilroy Creations, and TRUDY SCHLACHTER - INVENTIVE EYE LTD, where they made significant contributions to creative and design projects.

Rod's career began at Oxford Litho as a Typesetter/Offset Plate maker, where they played a role in transitioning the industry by training plate makers on using Quark software.

Rod Ribeiro pursued their education at various institutions. In 1992, they attended Sullivan County Community College, focusing on Psychology. Rod later enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Advertising and Design from 1993 to 1995. Rod then continued their studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from 1995 to 1997.
