David Bell

David Bell started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1992, where they worked as an Audit Experienced Manager. David planned, supervised, and executed audit engagements for public and private companies in the energy industry. David also developed internal control and accounting policy recommendations for clients and provided coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.

In 2002, Bell joined Deloitte as an Audit Senior Manager. David continued to focus on the energy industry, planning, supervising, and executing audit engagements. David also provided recommendations for internal control and accounting policy and played a role in coaching and mentoring staff.

Bell's career at Deloitte progressed, and they became an Audit Partner in the National Office in 2006. In this role, they served as chief of staff, focusing on organizational, operational, and strategic issues to improve service quality and delivery. David collaborated with various departments and worked closely with clients to ensure the highest level of service. David also served as an accounting consultation partner during this time.

In 2011, Bell transitioned to become an Audit Partner in the Greater Washington, D.C. area at Deloitte. David served multiple aerospace & defense, manufacturing, and technology & media clients. David led teams of staff and was responsible for profit/loss, planning/budgeting/forecasting, service quality and delivery, insights on operational and organization improvements, staff oversight, and executive and board relationships. David also provided advice to executives and audit committees on accounting and financial reporting practices.

In 2020, Bell took a sabbatical break from Deloitte to plan their next career move. David engaged in extensive US travel, rested, and took on a leadership role in a church construction project.

In 2022, Bell joined Castellum Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer. Castellum Inc. is a technology service and solutions company focused on strategic acquisitions in various fields, including cybersecurity, information technology, information warfare, electronic warfare, systems engineering, software engineering, and software development. As CFO, Bell is responsible for leading the financial operations of the company.

David Bell attended Harding University from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Accounting and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. In 1994, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
