Diana León

Diana León has a decade of experience in the technology industry. Diana began their career in 2004 as Gerente de Tecnologia at Dexon Software. In 2007, they moved to Emerson as IT Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Service Delivery Manager at Gemalto, followed by Gerente de Tecnologia at Mundial Seguros S.A. in 2012. In 2013, they were IT Manager for Middle Americas (BP of Finance, HR, Legal & Communications) at Unilever. In 2014, they became Service Delivery Line Manager at Ericsson. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of IT at Natura. In 2019, they became VP of Products at FUNDES. Most recently, in 2022, they were Head of Technology at Castia | YC W22 and Head of Product at Neta.

Diana León's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga, which they obtained between 1998 and 2003. Diana then obtained an ITIL certification from EXIN in December 2005. In 2007, they obtained a Project Management degree from the Universidad de La Sabana and an ITIL Certified degree from Exin. In 2010-2011, they obtained a Management degree from the Universidad Externado de Colombia in Business Administration and Management. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Digital Transformation degree from MIT Professional Education in Blockchain, Cloud, IA, IoT and CyberSecurity.
