Ruth Bültmann

Ruth is acting as an independent director on several portfolio companies within the Castik Group.

She has significant professional experience and executive leadership accomplishments over more than 20 years in the financial industry as Director and CEO (asset management and investment banking). Before starting as professional independent director in 2015, she has been Partner with Deloitte Luxembourg (Corporate Finance & Strategy) for 5 years.

Since 2015 Ruth is acting as Certified Independent Director – INSEAD (IDP-C), ILA and “Qualifizierter Aufsichtsrat” Deutsche Börse AG.

In addition, Ruth is certified as Financial Expert for Audit Committees (Deutsche Börse AG). She is acting as regular chair and member of Audit, Risk and Compliance Committees.

Ruth is Board member of management companies in Luxembourg and abroad, of several regulated and unregulated Investment Fund structures (UCITS, AIF), larger Private Equity and Real Estate vehicles. She also has experience as board member of Banking institutions and PSF.

She holds an MBA (univ.) from the University of Wales (with distinction) and a bilingual Master’s degree in Business & Economics (German/French) (University of applied sciences Aachen, Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Compiègne) (with distinction).
