Ellen Moore

Ellen Stewart Moore is an experienced event management professional currently serving as the Director of Events and Parent Engagement at Castilleja School since June 2018. In this role, Ellen oversees all aspects of event planning for large and intimate gatherings, develops strategic frameworks, and cultivates relationships with volunteers and parents. Prior to this, Ellen held various significant roles at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research from 2007 to 2018, including Director of Events and Event Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex events, budget preparation, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Earlier in their career, Ellen worked as a Product Manager and Account Specialist at Media Management Plus. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, as well as French Literature from Duke University.
