Roashaael Joaraj Mary John is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on renewable energy. Currently serving as a Supervising Engineer at Castillo Engineering since October 2018, Roashaael has held roles as Lead Engineer and Solar Engineer. Prior experience includes a MassCEC Internship at SolarFlair Energy, Inc., where Roashaael developed code-compliant designs using Aurora and SunEye, and an Operations Internship at FireFlower Alternative Energy, with contributions to large-scale PV systems and design suggestions utilizing Helioscope. Roashaael holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
